The front desk service was top.. Love the welcoming smile, the room was clean spacious, The only negative about the room is the balcony floor all loose or maybe damage and it os a lit scary to walk on it. Same outside the hotel by the restaurant sitting area... Also online the hotel advertising a long list of free services like hair, pedicure and manicure services and they are not free st all....But the biggest problem we encounter at this beautiful hotel is the Restaurant service, starting with it is a big restaurant and bar that only have 2 servers one for the restaurant and one for the Bar that also served outside sitting area,, I think his name is Hamza, he does an amazing service, it is a huge area and he does all well, the food are bacic dishes and they all are very over priced, 35 dhs for a small can of soda, that is just to me tion some, breakfasts was free we order at the room, both days was a simple breakfast not napkins, nott utensils, only one cup of tea per person, I asked for black coffee both days they bring me coffee with milk and both days called back and I asked to please replace the lady that answer said sorry they will bring it to you now.... Sadly 2 weeks after I left the hotel I still waiting for the coffee... So restaurant manager need to step up and check what is going on in his restaurant.I asked to speak to the manager and was not available..so I am writing this review and I wish they improve the situation. the beach is not private and is full.
