We stayed at this hotel for just one night. The staff was very friendly, and the facility seemed clean. The available breakfast the next morning was awesome-looking (we don't eat breakfast). The only issue I had, and this is minor, was with the bathroom sink. The design of the plumbing was such that the sink spigot was placed in the upper right corner of the rectangular sink basin. It was very inconvenient for washing hands, etc. Whoever came up with that idea wasn't thinking in a practical manner. Other than that, all in all, a great stay.

The parking lot lights were not on at 9pm and the lot was DARK! Our shower gel was empty- no way to know until it was gone as they are the refillable bottles and were not see through. The coffee in the lobby Sunday morning at 7:15 was old and cold- I asked about it and the woman at the desk says "I don't know nothin about that I just got here". The facilities were new and clean and the beds were very comfortable

So disappointed in this Hampton Inn. It is the most I’ve ever paid for an overnight stay other than premium locations for special events and vacations. There was no one at the front desk and the second set of automatic doors wouldn’t open. After ringing for help someone finally arrived and got the luggage cart out of the way so the door would open. The room was handicapped accessible but totally lacking in any character, color or decor and was lacking places in the bathroom for hanging garments or counter space for toiletries and the tub was very slippery. The tv remote didn’t work but after a call a new one was delivered to our room. Went to breakfast at 9am-no silverware, no waffle batter and all items needed to be refilled and counters cleaned even though attendant was nearby. On the positive side there were restaurants nearby and there was easy access to the highway.

Very clean property, friendly staff, spacious & clean rooms that are up to date. Nice indoor pool, enjoyed the daily breakfasts, coffee & teas. I’ve stayed here before and definitely will again.
