We had a comfortable bed, and the room was nice but for some reason the carpet in our room on the window side from the desk to armchair in the room was soaking wet. We were only in the room one night so reported to the front desk the next day.

It is not in a great area and the hotel is in really poor shape overall. The breakfast costs $13 and the food was stale/hard and tasted terrible. They were also really difficult with the check in process.

The room smelled musty, the beds were awful because it felt like I was going to roll off. They were so old feeling. For a Marriott property, you'd expect a better upkeep of the rooms. Was very disappointed.

The exterior of the property and the common areas are beautiful. Our room on the other hand showed stained carpeting in numerous areas. Shower door did not close and had visible mold on the seal. There was a broken drain in the shower with a hole large enough to get an adult males big toe in. Dried liquid based material on the walls.

Comfortable stay and nice staff. You can tell that upgrades are happening, but at a moderate pace---net, there are some areas where there is noticeable wear and tear, but in general, this property meets Courtyard standards.

Staff very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Beds extremely comfy- fell asleep in 5 minutes! Little touch ups needed here and there but clean and tidy. Breakfast at the hotel only restaurant was fresh and fantastic!
