The room was nothing to write home about. The breakfast was worse. The eggs were scrambled and almost totally gone. I could not make a waffle because the batter was out. I was going to grab a sweet roll but the were gone and I couldn't find any butter for toast. Needless to say, this was one of the most disappointing breakfast I have run into.

The staff was amazing the room, the as clean-ish but not as clean as I would have liked it. There was dirt and foot step prints on the tub, dirt and grime around the toilet and tub.

This place is disguting!!
The room was disgusting!! There was someone else’s genitalia hair in the tub, on the floor and everywhere in the bathroom. The bottom of the tub was black. The shower curtain hadn’t been changed in a long time. The entire bathroom was gross. The bed sheets smelled like BO with fresh stains on them. The shower head was falling off the wall. It looked like housekeeping poorly dusted the room, kinda vacuumed and mopped but that was it. I told the front desk that night about it and she said there was nothing she could do. I told them again at checkout and he wrote it down. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve stayed at different comfort inns before, and they’ve been nice. For the price of this hotel it’s better to spend more money and stay at a different cleaner hotel.

The condition of the hotel was HORRIBLE!!! The first thing you smell when you walk in the door is a combination of mold/mildew/dust that they try to cover up with an awful air freshener. The rooms are by far the worst we've EVER stayed in. The beds had disgusting stains all over, that appeared to be urine and other body fluids. The room smelled like mold. There were mold spots on the shower curtain. Fecal matter was on the toilet handle. Mgmt and the front desk staff were awful and dismissive. When we tried to explain that we couldn't stay in such a filthy room, especially considering our kids' health condition, the manager Brittney laughed at us and hung up on us. We have never experienced this level of poor customer service and disrespect. She should be fired immediately. I can't believe this hotel/*DUMP* hasn't been shut down by the health department!!! Don't waste your money. Once you check in and see the state of the rooms, you will want to leave, and they won't refund you!!! OVERALL THIS DUMP. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DONT STAY HERE.

The man at the counter last night was so friendly and kind. Check-in went smoothly. I was surprised that we each were given a complimentary bottle of water and a snack. The room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed. The place smells horrible and the pool was so discus ting dirty the whole place needs maintenance. Carpet coming of the edges on the walls and the shower head was not working for our shower water was not draining and when I ask for assistance all they said was the call a service the next day. Bed not made right and rooms dirty as well. No not good Al all. Super pricey. Why does Expedia keep on recommending this places. Do t understand.

Room was dirty. Dead bugs on carpet and window sill. Sticky spot, on carpet. Sunflower seeds and various particles on carpet. Door handle to bathroom had thick sticky goo on it and it was on the door. Floor was filthy under towel shelf under bathroom sink. The Dirt was dust and various trash. TV screen had big smear on it. Dust on microwave shelf thick like never cleaned. I cleaned everything with washcloth and my daughter went and bough disinfectant wipes. Front desk clerk ran vacuum in room. Pool was nice with plenty of towels. Grandkids loved exercise room. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of food. Staff was friendly.
