Three Floors - 1st floor (Kitchen, living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Powder washroom) - 2nd floor ( 3 Bedroom, Laundry, 2 full washroom) - Basement ( 2 Bedroom, Kitchen, 2 Full Washroom) - BBQ Grill (Advance notice required) The only furniture available is what is on the listing pictures. - 1 Sofa (main floor) - Dining table 6 chairs (main floor) - 3 bed (2nd floor) - 1 Sofa Bed (basement) - dining table with 4 chairs (basement) - 2 bed (basement) Beautiful Neighborhood with Kids park and basketball court which is 5 minutes walk from house. 5-10 Minute drive to Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, McDonalds, Banks & Malls Go train/bus station 10 min drive, nearby access to 401/407 Please Note: - Additional Pet Cleaning fee of $200 will be added once booking is confirmed if bringing pet. Great stay
Our stay was great! Was staying for my wedding night before and night of, house is big and bedrooms were fantastic however it really only slept 10 not 12. There was a small “pull out” that could have slept a small child or two but not 2 adults. There is also only one couch in the house so we had to have someone bring some of our own chairs. Other than that check in and out was smooth and easy and it was a great weekend. Thanks

Great place
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described and is in a great area in the suburbs of Toronto. It fit our family comfortably. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
