This property is more of a hostel with private rooms than an hotel. The room does not have a bathroom, blankets on the bed, or towels, just a sink...community toilets and showers are at the end of the hallway. The staff was very friendly and sheets on the bed were clean, but it was impossible to sleep with the noise of slamming doors all night long as people went in and out of their rooms to use the bathroom. The temp of the room started off very hot and we froze by morning since the thermostat either didn’t work or we couldn’t figure it out. If you don’t mind the low-budget, community vibe of a hostel then you may appreciate the low price. But, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a proper hotel, this is not the place. My husband’s eyes were tired after dark and this place was the closest one off the highway through Provence, so we picked it. Almost didn’t stay after seeing the room but decide to treat it as indoor camping. I felt less clean after checking out than when I checked in as I didnt want to shower in what was essentially a closet (like in an RV or boat) off the main hallway. The property is convenient from the roadway in what looked like an industrial park, but it’s not an unreasonable drive to the nice parts of Provence if you are super, super budget conscious. Not my style, but if you’re looking to save money, have a rental car, and don’t mind the lack of amenities, it would be a decent option. I would recommend you BYO towel & ear plugs, though.
