Chalet Capricorne 10 pers

The Chalet Capricorne is a lovely spacious chalet of 124m2, on two floors and has recently been fully renovated. It is perfectly located within the village and less than a 5 minute walk from all the amenities, the fast cable car and the ESF ski school meeting point. The ground floor has been re-designed to provide two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and there is a second shower room with ‘Jack and Jill’ doors to the second double bedroom and the corridor. There is also a second and separate toilet.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom (160x190) en suite, with a bathroom and toilet, a mezzanine bedroom open on the parents one with 2 single bed 90x190.

The kitchen with a nice dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and both raclette set. The dining area contains a good sized table with 10 chairs and the large living area contains two sofas (one which converts into a full sized double bed) and additional comfy seats. There is an open fire, a Smart TV connected to a satellite dish and with some english channels. A large living room and an entry porch and double glass doors open onto the full length balcony, which has magnificent views to Mont Blanc.

Downstairs, you can find 3 bedrooms (2 double with 160x190 beds and 1 with bunkbed 90x190), 2 bahtrooms and 2 toilets.

There is a ski locker on the side of the chalet and car park just below it.
WiFi is included.

Directions:
La Plagne Montalbert is easily accessible from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hrs) from Geneva, 2 hrs 15 mins from Lyon & Grenoble airports or 1 hr 15 mins from Chambery airport. It is just 15 minutes from Aime Station where the direct Eurostar from St Pancras stops, and 30 minutes from Bourg St Maurice where you have to catch the Eurostar home again. The apartment is accessible by car and being only 20 mins from the N90, it provides quick access to other world class resorts like Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel and Chamonix.
