Large Apartment that needs some attention. Great Location
A large apartment in the perfect spot in Agen. Good electronic appliances (TV, kitchen equipment, heating/aircon) but kitchen had no cutting board and only 2 wine glasses (but 6 coffee mugs). I stayed for 10 nights and had only 1 kitchen towel, 1 tablet for the dishwasher, no change of linen or towels, no toilet paper, few cleaning materials and some very old vinegar, I replaced it with a bottle with my compliments. The apartment missed some essential inventory to make this stay a great one and it seems that when things broke, they were not replaced.
The internet was very slow and dropped for long periods every day, these days slow internet is unheard of; the internet for the TV was better. The bedroom door was forced at some time and never repaired and the wardrobe door was hanging off 1 hinge, I was waiting for it to fall off completely.
Entry to the apartment was a challenge. The keybox was behind a pillar and in the complete dark, you could not see the numbers. The box should be put anywhere but there.
The apartment is above a wine bar and on 4-5 of the 10 nights, the noise made it hard to go to sleep with people talking loudly in the street well after 1AM.
An OK stay which could have been so much better if some attention was paid to the apartment. Good for a night or two but maybe no longer.
