The Reciption stuff was very bad and unprofessional. No welcoming, smile even checking the reservation information. She immediately said you have to pay extra in a bad attitude then realised she was wrong but didn’t even apologise. It was the worst chicken experience I ever had.. we had two rooms and my friends were told they cannot visit me in my room. How ridiculous is that?

The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. But i feel the drains in the shower were giving a foul smell . Breakfast was not too bad. Fresh omelette made to our preference. And fresh crepes . Although lots of fruit flies around the salad and flies in general around while eating our breakfast( i think maybe invest in fly zappers around the property) . One of our last days the sausages weren't cooked all the way through so we left with upset tummies. The waiters were lovely and did bring coffee and juice to us daily at the table. There was no kettle with tea/coffee available in the rooms like most hotels have. Only 1 coffee pod machine with 1 pod (had to pay extra if topped up) That was a little disappointing that if i wanted a tea/coffee i would have to order room service. When we arrived there was only one small bottle of water even though there were 2 of us. The lights to the pool were never on in the evening so couldn't really sit by the pool in the night. We did get a hammam in the hotel spa which was very nice.

I had a great stay at Dominium Hotel Agadir. The staff were incredibly professional and always quick to respond to any request. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including excellent fresh juices made daily. The restaurant also featured live music on some evenings, which created a wonderful dining atmosphere. The location is excellent as well, just a 5 minute walk to Agadir Bay where there are plenty of restaurants and cafés along the waterfront. Overall, the service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly lovely stay. The staff's warm welcome and insightful suggestions for local attractions were exceptional. The accommodation was both cozy and comfortable, and the price point was very reasonable. Notably, booking directly with them proved to be more cost-effective than using Expedia. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet hotel . Nice stay. Expedia’s rate however was higher than the actual rate which was a bit disappointing! Next time I probably do not use Expedia!

Stayed 3 nights and each time they cleaned the room they never replaced the towels. I had to ask for it. Another thing was no hot water during the night only luke warm. I did tell the reception but they didnt fix it. The breakfast was limited.

Got given a room at the front of the hotel, and it was extremely noisy, even with balcony doors closed. The balcony doors were not airtight, and had a large gap in the middle. It was like a window is constanly open and you can hear everything! Really terrible night.

Very nice hotel and stay, well away from busy and noise, beach is apprx 15 min walk or get the red taxis which are cheap to travel in, their own dominium cafe is excellent for dinner and lunch and better than local places to eat. Would stay again if in area

My stay at the dominium hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were polite and friendly and a lot spoke good English. Front of house staff particularly M’barek, Chaima & Ghaizlane were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Housekeeping staff in particular Hafca was always willing to support anything regarding our room and demonstrated how to operate devices and open the balcony doors which were initially a challenge, whilst always maintaining a lovely smile. A Point restaurant has a diverse dinner menu options with flavoursome food and delicious fruit mocktails at an affordable price. Breakfast is buffet style and has a variety of options including freshly made crepes & omelette daily. The convenience on the mini supermarket attached to the hotel is an added bonus. The only downside is there are not smart tv’s in the room’s, also there are no irons or steamers however they do offer a dry cleaning service. The steam room and sauna is chargeable for hotel guests however there is free access to the pool and gym room. Overall this is a great modern, aesthetically pleasing hotel which I would definitely recommend. If I return to Agadir I will stay at the Dominium Hotel again.

The hotel is very well maintained, I'd recommend just booking one night online and the rest when you get there. In December 2024 I paid £220 for 2 nights on Expedia. And when I got there I paid another £195 for 3 nights. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 5 mins walk from one of the busiest streets for food in the area. 10 mins walk from the beach. The only drawback to this hotel is in December pool area does not get any sun at any point of the day. Maybe this is different at other times of the year. Otherwise I was really happy with my stay. The people in Agadir are in general very kind and welcoming people.

Dominium hotel

The hotel was great staff friendly and over all very clean breakfast was tasty but it was a trek to find a resturaunt that served alcohol with your meal and the hotel was tea total also. this my not effect some people but i would have like to have know this before booking as i might have looked elsewhere.but this is a choice by the hotel and doesn't make it a bad place to stay

Needs improvement

We had high hopes for this property beautiful by appearance but the problems continued. Our first night the shower drain was stopped up and flooded the bathroom. No hot water. After moving to the other room we notified the desk that the house keeper didn't clean our room. Daily we were given one bath towel for 2 guests. Daily we had to find the maid either for toilet paper or towels. The day of check out after breakfast the maid took all of the 3 towels and said they needed them since we were checking out. Considering we had not showed she had to find towels for us. Beautiful pool except the water is ice cold because there is only 3 hours of Sun at the pool from 12-3pm and you have to move lawn chairs several times to catch the sun. Breakfast is plenty. Disappointed for many reasons as it just kept going down hill.
