Welcome to our thoughtfully crafted two-storey home on Stacey St, Norwood, which features open-plan living, a spacious kitchen, and a sheltered alfresco area. Relax in the stylish bedrooms, including a king-sized master suite with an ensuite. The ground floor greets you with a naturally lit sitting room with comfortable couches and a gas fire place. Follow through the home into a seamless open-plan living and dining area, adorned with contemporary decor. Enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV from the comfort of a generous 4-seat sofa with chaise. The elegant dining table seats 8, making it perfect for gatherings.

Sliding doors lead to a sheltered alfresco area, complete with outdoor dining. This inviting space allows you to enjoy meals or relax outdoors, rain or shine. The large and well-equipped kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the open plan, making meal preparation a delight.

Upstairs, there are enough beds to sleep 7 people. The bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a spacious shower, a luxurious bathtub, and a double sink for added comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom sleeps 3 people with a double and a single. Upon prior agreement and for an extra $75 per diem fee, we are happy to extend the sleeping capacity to 8-9 people and provide sheet sets to accommodate them.

Finally, there is the spacious extra living/office space below the ground floor. The office space in this area also provides a quiet location to 'work from home' where video conferences could be held.

Within walking distance to the Adelaide Fringe Festival and the Adelaide Motorsport Festival, this two storey retreat is located in the upscale area of Norwood, just a stone's throw from The Parade. Here you will find a large selection of fine dining and casual restaurants to meet everyone's tastes. There are also several local pubs with live music. If staying in is your thing, there are many grocery stores and delicatessens to buy great quality fresh produce for you to prepare in the kitchen.

Wonderful location, beautiful home with all we needed. Extremely comfortable beds and more than enough space for our family of four. The hosts were very helpful and super quick to respond to any query. Will definitely stay again.

Propwrty was lock box access so did not meet the hosts, but communication prior to and during visit was great.Is you have a family visiting Adelaide or a group, I would recommend.It is a 2 minute drive (maybe less but i am a cautious driver) to the parade which gives a multitude of eating and shopping opions.And has off street parking for your vehicle at the rear of the property.The cellar entertainment space is also great, so you can have some private time away if required.

Luxurious home with multiple living spaces to suit all interests. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Located in peaceful neighbourhood with tree-lined streets. Short drive or walk to The Parade, where there are a wide selection of cafés and shopping opportunities.

Comfort in a quiet pocket of Norwood

Kristin and Tony’s house is hard to fault. It’s on a (mostly) quiet street, with nearby cafes and restaurants. The house was spotless and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and towels were fluffy. The only issue we had was the shower rose (the rubber nozzles were missing) - if they got replaced it would be a 6/5! Thanks for hosting us.

Amazing house and location
