Location is very accessible with walking to Rundle Street within minutes. Restaurants are also scattered around its vicinity. No on site parking but public parking is available just besides hotel with daily discounted rate. Staff is very friendly and helpful and room is clean.
Uncooked pizza room service, was quite expensive, small and uncooked, didn't look anything like the advertised room service pizza. We had to collect ourselves. Apart from that great
Nice clean room , no fuss checkin /out.... room was smallish but modern ..good value , bed was comfortable , but didnt like the shower/toilet set up, could hear whats happening in open plan , great breakfast

Breakfast was really good and rooms were clean but unfortunately that’s the extent of the positives. No frills really does mean absolute bare basics, one sanitary bag was the only bathroom extra and although shower caps and toothbrushes were available, it was seriously inconvenient to have to go and get one from reception. We had to change rooms after one night due to a plumbing problem (no fault of Holiday Inn, these things happen) and found that the single beds in both of the twin rooms we slept in were hard, lumpy, very uncomfortable and in serious need of a mattress upgrade. Overall, very disappointing, I’ve stayed in Holiday Inns in many other locations and always been pleased with my stay.
