We found we had a good experience with our stay. The only issue we had was the limited parking options available. We were planning to self park our car during our stay. The self option you had available was not convenient.

Hilton is positioned perfectly . The tram is situated right out side your door. The tram does a link around the city and it’s free, but if you travel outside of the city circle you will need to pay The staff is friendly and helpful, and our view of the square was lovely I would definitely stay there again

I had booked a room with a bath, shower over. Unfortunately I was given a disabled room ( not requested), with a show only. Disappointing as I like to bath, when on holidays. Room definitely tired and television controls not completely working, difficult to operate..

The staff were very friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast had a vast range available and was delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated for the cost of the stay.
