An older building but quite well maintained. Bedroom was small but kitchen and living was great. Had everything you need to be self sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for about 5 days, with two of those days being for judging a competition 5 minutes' walk away. Very handy. Rundle Mall was not too far, and there were bunches of other attractions within easy reach. The one thing we weren't totally happy with was that the windows could have done with a clean - a very minor gripe in what was otherwise a good stay.

Franklin Apartments exceeded expectations. Not the fanciest place you’ll stay, but very comfortable and clean, and staff are extremely courteous and accommodating. Brilliant value for money, the property is centrally located in CBD. On-site car parking is available at a cost and it’s a pretty tight entrance so I wouldn’t have wanted to come and go, but was very convenient for keeping our car overnight and unloading our small children. Will certainly consider for future stays.

Apartment hotel is conveniently located, very near the CBD within walking distance of Rundle Mall. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed, clean rooms and spacious! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely revisit!
