Badly needs refurbishing…not a pleasant experience as nothing seemed to work. Shower took forever to get hot and was spraying everywhere. Only positives were the clean sheets and location.

Friendly Reception. Clean and comfortable. Good location and easy parking. A little noisy from traffic also some sort of trolley every morning around 7am. Wouldn't recommend if you are easily disturbed by noise. Otherwise good value for money if you need a clean comfortable bed at the end of a day of adventures.

Well it is Budget Accommodation
Haven Marina do describe themselves as a budget accommodation option. They are a 3 star hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm with a heat pump. The power cable on the frosted (see photo) was a bit of a concern. Overall the room was clean if worn and scruffy. We didn’t use any other facilities so can’t comment on the rest of the place. Perfectly serviceable if you just want a room with a low pressure shower in a 70’s decor.

Old rooms. Desperately in need of renovating considering the picture perfect location. Dirty dusty skirting boards, old saggy mattress. Dirty electric jug. No wine glasses. Freezer caked with ice. Undesirable tiling in bath/shower. Dirty marked cracked walls, cobwebs all over balcony railings, dirty sliding doors. No breakfast available. A toaster in room would've been a bonus. Seriously won't be returning.

The room was quite old, pealing paint & broken lights & old beds. Having to quickly book on a budget to get to a funeral i guess you do get what you pay for. It did what we neede, a bed a shower no frills. Close to glenelg for food.

Respect yourself more and find somewhere else!
Smelly, carpet was filthy, dead bugs on the floor, air con didnt work, found sock under the bed, ball found under another bed, pharmaceutical found from previous guest on bench. Even after we asked to have it cleaned, we were told that it was an emergency room and the cleaners were finished for the day so the front desk went and removed the bugs from the floor. We pushed the beds together and layed towels on the carpet so the kids didnt touch the floor Was told in the reception that another guest had mould in the room and a mouse running around.
