Campbelltown is a very family and worker friendly area. Very conveniently located between the city and the East Adelaide Hills. Lots of local playgrounds and walking/running/cycling trails nearby. Short drive to Morialta Falls where you can see Koalas in their natural habitat or Black Hill Conservation Park where there's wild kangaroos to see.

The Cherry Orchards are a short drive up Montacute Rd for pick your own cherries in Cherry season which is an activity everyone will love!

The lovely Lochiel Park trail is nearby and connects all the way into the city.

If you have a car, there's 1 included open-air car parking spot (no height restrictions). For additional parking needs, there's plenty of free extra spaces on the nearby streets and in the open-air public car park across the street.
The city is only about 9km away, so an easy drive straight down Payneham Road will take you 12-20min depending on the time of day.

If you're coming for a medical appointment or need to be near the local hospital, this home is ONLY 450M from the North Eastern Community Hospital (approx. 2 min drive or 6min walk).

The whole home has been updated with easy care flooring in all the living areas and soft carpets in the bedrooms. The kitchen is near new with modern appliances and there's even a dishwasher to help make cleaning up easy.

The building is double brick for better temperature and noise insulation and there's not one, but 2 reverse cycle (heat & cool) wall split systems: 1 in the living area and 1 in Bedroom 2. PLUS there's fans in every bedroom (ceiling fans in bedroom 1 & 2 and portable fans in bedroom 3) to help keep you comfy.

Families with children are most welcome. We provide books, toys & games to keep them entertained. And there's child friendly cutlery and crockery, plus a complimentary highchair and portacot provided for your convenience. There's also a blender to help make food prep easy. The shower even has a tub style base which makes for the perfect kid's size bath to make cleaning up simple.

Down the street about 2min drive or 6min easy walk (850m) there's Unity Park with a fully fenced off playground and some grass for the kids to run around and burn off some energy too.

Coming for your child/children to experience learning at Paradise Primary? We’ve hosted many students and their families here. Very convenient location. 35min easy walk or 23-27min by public bus. 6min drive by car.

Adequate accommodation but no more
While the unit has everything it says it does, it was not very comfortable except for the beds. The lounge is uncomfortable and only provides 3 seats, the only way to sit down for a meal together is by moving the furniture around, and the 100m walk from the car spot down the driveway past the other 6 units on the block, up the stairs, around the corner and along the verandah gets wearing. The small bathroom would have been OK for the original 2 BR unit, but is not for more people. And then the laundry ... which can only be accessed through the 3rd BR. Not a place we would recommend, or use again.
