"Who knew paradise had an address at Lake Sacandaga? My wife and I just returned from what I can only describe as the grown-up version of a treehouse fantasy—except this one comes with a hot tub and wine glasses! From the moment we pulled into the gravel driveway, this modern cabin had us at "hello." Or maybe it was the Smart Home system saying "welcome"—either way, we were smitten! The interior feels like a Pinterest board came to life and had a baby with a luxury hotel suite. That king-sized bed? Let's just say we're now shopping for a new mattress at home. The real star of the show is the screened deck, where we spent countless hours pretending to read books while actually just staring at the trees swaying in the breeze. Pro tip: The hot tub at sunset is basically a front-row seat to Mother Nature's own light show. We may have turned into prunes, but they were very happy, relaxed prunes! The kitchen is better equipped than my first apartment (and cleaner too).
