On the ground floor, twelve rooms provide an introduction to anthropology and display archaeological finds from extinct Indian cultures. Once we arrive at the peaceful waters of the Xochimilco Canals, one of the last traces of the ancient Aztec Era, we’ll enjoy a relaxing trip on a traditional punt or pre-Hispanic boat. Afterwards, we’ll continue on to Coyoacan, an impressive colonial district, where we’ll walk down Francisco Sosa Street with its big, old, rambling houses of the 16th Century.
