"My daughter and I selected the location based upon close proximity to family in the area and glad we did. Fritz was wonderful to work with, flexible and very responsive. The location is close to shopping, beaches, and downtown Venice. Neighborhood is very quiet and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was a nice touch since it was pretty warm in late May. As stated in another review, we have rented multiple locations over the years and this was not only very clean but truly felt like staying in someone’s home vs. sterile rental. Fritz truly takes pride in offering the place to rent and no details were overlooked. Would consider renting again on a longer term when the need arises."

"We stayed for 4 days and had a great time! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and the house was perfect for our family. The inside of the home is nicely updated and had enough supplies for everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here to attend my niece's high school graduation. After a very long, very trying flight in, the comfy beds were such a welcome sight. The beds were all made and ready to welcome us and those sheets! Oh, so buttery soft. We woke up in the morning and took a nice relaxing dip in the wonderful pool. The house has all the comforts of home and then some. There were condiments and spices ready to use. Everything was very clean, the beds very comfortable and this is coming from someone that has a hard time with beds other than my own. I even met the neighbor, Jeff, who was super friendly and offered his help if we needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. If I ever visit the area again I will seek out this home again."

"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."
