"Tom was a most gracious host! He provided great information on the area and activities and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. His property is a perfect weekend retreat, with little touches, that made it extra special. The people in the area were very welcoming, too! Check out the donation-based full buffet breakfast on Sat mornings from 8:30-10 AM at Eagle Point Lodge, just around the corner. Friendly folks, and a great way to start your day exploring all the state parks! Again, Tom was one of the best hosts we've encountered at VRBO!"

"Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, the property decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and the beds were soooo comfortable. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck and using the gas grill to cook and fishing off the dock. The kids enjoyed using the water trampoline. Brad was easy to get ahold of and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this spot to anyone."

"The cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our needs. The drop down ladder/stairs to the loft were not an issue for our group. The kitchen had just what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We basically only slept there because we explored all day. We did bbq and have a fire at night."

"The cabin was adorable. The grounds around the pond and the cabin were all neatly mowed. Pond gave us extra excitement for our short trip as we fished. Really enjoyed our stay in this great little cabin. It didn’t bother us as we read all the amenities, but there is no stove. Just know this. There is a microwave though. Also the DIRECTV has about every station you can possibly think of to watch.Including Pay stations. This is a 9 out of 10. Super relaxing!"
