"We enjoyed our stay and Maria thought of everything and is the most gracious host. Shared her homemade breakfast goodies and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool right off the bedroom was so perfect and it was great to enjoy each day. If we have a need to be in Wellington again, we will return to Maria of Spain!"

"My family & I booked this house for our brother’s wedding weekend. The house was spacious enough to accommodate our large family & even had plenty of towels for everyone! It was very clean & well kept. We loved that it included little things such as paper plates, k-cups, ziploc bags, & plenty of trash bags. If we’re ever in the area again for a visit, we will definitely look to book this property again!"

"We chose to stay in this property because it was close to where we were visiting for the long weekend. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick. The bed in the front bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the nicer room towards the back was too soft but perhaps a younger person would not have a problem with it. The kitchen had pots to use for the stove top but nothing for baking - was wishing I had a sheet pan or a larger frying pan to cook bacon. One other concern I had was that the electric socket for the toaster was very loose - this looked risky to me. Other than these very minor things, we liked the place. There is plenty of room to sit and eat either inside or outside on the screened back porch ground level or another connected to the second bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay there again."
